About the position

The Customer Service Representative position at Southwest Freightlines involves providing exceptional customer service and data entry support in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front line customer service phone and email support.
  • Work as a team with other dispatchers to get all loads covered.
  • Enter, update, and track loads.
  • Ensure all drivers have their return loads.
  • Collaborate with managers, driver managers, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Resolve any issues that arise for drivers and/or brokers.
  • Report any delays or issues that may arise with drivers and/or brokers.

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office applications.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
