We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will handle various customer inquiries and will be the first point of contact for our clients, making it essential to possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. In this position, you will be expected to handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely information. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner is a key responsibility, as is performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. You will also conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers on their inquiries or orders, ensuring that all customer needs are met. Additionally, you will process cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Utilizing computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot issues will be part of your daily tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
