About the position
The Customer Service Representative position is a seasonal role focused on providing exceptional service to customers during a busy period, particularly through the holidays. The representative will handle inbound calls, assist with purchase requests, and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound calls on replacement components and catalog purchasing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse on new and pending shipments.
- Log and document purchase requests into the system.
- Manage all supply ordering and inventory.
- Communicate with various departments regarding orders, fulfillment questions, or general inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for daily tasks.
Requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a positive service-oriented attitude.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Must be focused on superior customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
