About the position

The Customer Service Representative 3 position at Robert Half in Doral, Florida, is a short-term contract role focused on providing exceptional customer service. The representative will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and conduct follow-ups as needed.
  • Refer customers to appropriate resources such as inbound sales, billing, and technical support.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account activity.
  • Conduct data entry tasks and utilize internal databases to answer customer questions.
  • Write non-technical internal and external documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including tracking of customer interactions and queries.
  • Determine customer eligibility for technical support and transfer requests to technical support queues as necessary.
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries regarding orders, shipment tracing, returned goods, etc.
  • Document customer concerns and forward complaint trends to appropriate departments.
