About the position

The Customer Service Representative role focuses on providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring vehicle readiness and facility cleanliness. This position involves direct interaction with customers, performing vehicle inspections, and assisting with minor repairs, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
  • Performing vehicle readiness inspections to check tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
  • Maintaining clean and safe environments for customers and associates.
  • Building skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and conducting preventive maintenance repairs.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn about vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
