The Customer Service Representative - Associate role at Lawson Products involves providing essential support to the field sales team and customers. Responsibilities

  • Responds to inquiries via phone, email and other internal systems.
  • Resolves customer and sales rep issues.
  • Conducts order entry, modification and status activities.
  • Reviews and issues product returns, credit memos and document requests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • 3+ years in an in-bound call center environment is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Attendance and punctuality are important for performance.
