About the position

The Customer Service Representative Associate role is a contract position focused on providing exceptional service to participants of over 630 Pension Plans. The primary responsibility is to address inquiries related to 1099 tax forms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized and professional service to participants regarding their 1099 tax forms.
  • Update addresses and send duplicate copies of 1099 tax forms via mail, email, or fax.
  • Respond positively to incoming calls from participants, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Assist participants in completing 1099 requests through phone and mail communications.
  • Prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively to coordinate duties.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with experience in phone and email support.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inquiries and documentation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer and team orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
