Responsibilities

  • Maintain administrative organization and customer files.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently.
  • Focus on in-store sales and telephone sales.
  • Engage in direct marketing to attract new customers.
  • Handle renewal payment processing in-store.
  • Ensure the showroom floor is well-kept according to the first up system.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly outside sales.
  • Experience in account management and B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
