About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Anchor Health Home Care plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing support to clients in need of homecare services. This position involves answering incoming calls, addressing service-related inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The representative will collaborate with team members to resolve complaints and ensure a seamless communication process among clinicians, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and address any concerns or issues raised by clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is required
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
