CGS is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to our customers while working from home. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Data Entry to record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies and call guidelines
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Excellent typing skills (Minimum 40 WPM)
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good listening skills and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to read and follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks
• Basic knowledge of working with computers in a work environment
