About the position

The Senior Customer Service Representative/Brand Ambassador at DeliverIt Pharmacy plays a crucial role in networking and building relationships within the healthcare community in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This position focuses on promoting the company's services, analyzing market data, and maintaining client relationships to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the retail or infusion & specialty marketing team to promote the company's services to potential clinics and hospitals.
  • Analyze data on patient needs and purchasing patterns to refine marketing strategies and identify more potential markets.
  • Call doctors' clinics, case managers, and hospitals to establish connections.
  • Prepare marketing plans and strategies for company meetings.
  • Write reports about market conditions, trends, and potential changes in patient preferences.
  • Produce and distribute brochures, flyers, pamphlets, and banners for company events and promotions.
  • Communicate with existing and potential clients to maintain working relationships.
  • Attend mandatory weekly team meetings.
  • Analyze competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
  • Conduct regular self-evaluations to ensure meeting sales targets.
  • Attend training workshops and congresses to remain up to date with standards and developments in the industry.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service experience is required.
  • Marketing experience preferred.
  • An associate degree in marketing, with an emphasis on customer service, is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a retail pharmacy or infusion & specialty sales representative or similar is preferred.
  • Proven record of helping lead sales campaigns and facilitating profitability.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.
  • Interest in understanding and sharing industry innovations.
  • Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (and its healthcare community) is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in SalesForce preferred.
  • The ability to make 12 to 15 face-to-face calls per day is required.
  • Professional presentation and articulation required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in Spanish or Tagalog is encouraged, but not required.
