Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by providing solutions to their inquiries and issues.
  • Engage in active listening to confirm or clarify information.
  • Manage customer interactions and provide effective solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
  • Utilize software applications to document and track customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of customer service representative experience.
  • 1+ years of call center experience is required.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Word, email, and CMS applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Service Titan or Five 9 software.
  • Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) is preferred.
