About the position

The Customer Service Representative Celebration Advisor is a seasonal part-time role at WB Liquors & Wine, focused on providing exceptional customer service in a fun and family-friendly atmosphere. The position involves engaging with customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while promoting a celebratory culture within the store.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and courteously with customers.
• Effectively use an integrated cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform closing register procedures and make cash drops.
• Assist in posting specials and promotions, checking-in vendors, setting and stocking product.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of retail experience or customer service experience.
• Prior liquor, beer and wine knowledge.
