Responsibilities

  • Processing new claim setups within established company procedures and guidelines
  • Interacting and communicating directly with claimants via phone and email
  • Evaluating and settling up claim files
  • Indexing and attaching inbound correspondence/documentation
  • Working pro-actively and cohesively as a member of the claims team
  • Attending training seminars and/or continuing education
  • Maintaining high customer service requirements and productivity standards
  • Working with management on specific issues as requested
