About the position
The Content Moderation Rater at TaskUs serves as the first point of contact for customers, addressing and resolving inquiries related to software and device issues. This role emphasizes empathy, effective communication, and a strong understanding of community standards, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support. The position requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while navigating technical challenges.

Requirements
- Impeccable communication and writing skills

- Well-versed in chat and email etiquette, with a fine-tuned attention to detail
- Demonstrated skill using the Microsoft Office suite, with moderate-level expertise in Excel required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Must work On Site at New Braunfels Location
