About the position

The Customer Service Representative-Content Moderator at TASKUS USA LLC is responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, addressing and resolving their issues through various communication channels. This role emphasizes empathy, effective communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to community standards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, owning and solving them from start to finish.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting software and device issues via phone, chat, and email.
  • Create support tickets to facilitate fast and easy resolutions for customer inquiries.
  • Assist the community by resolving inquiries accurately and empathetically, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain knowledge about products and community standards to provide informed support.
  • Make balanced decisions and advocate effectively for the community.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy in communication.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts quickly.
  • Proficiency in chat and email etiquette with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office, particularly moderate-level expertise in Excel.
  • High level of English proficiency in reading, writing, spelling, and speaking.
  • 1+ years of call center experience or equivalent.
