Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their fast-growing team in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric industry. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction while managing service calls and technician schedules. Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing strong communication and customer service skills.
• Track incoming service calls and assign jobs to appropriate technicians.
• Relay work orders, messages, or information to work crews, supervisors, or field inspectors.
• Coordinate service technician arrival times with customers and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage and update the customer database with accurate information.
• Oversee service technicians' daily schedules and make necessary updates.
• Respond positively to customer calls to understand their needs and effectively schedule service.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electric industry.
• 1+ years of experience working with Service Titan Software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Geographical knowledge of the service area or map reading skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as waitstaff or retail.
