About the position
Advanced Air is seeking to immediately hire Customer Service Representatives to help serve our customers and find solutions to their needs. Our CSR's make $12 per hour. We pride ourselves as being the best air conditioning company in Fort Myers and beyond, with more 5-star rating reviews than any other air conditioning company in Southwest Florida. Our secret to getting so many 5-star ratings is simple: we make promises to customers and then keep them. We believe that our CSR's are the face of our company when communicating with our customers, so we are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond in this position.
Responsibilities
- Book service appointments and exceed customer satisfaction.
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments by delivering call scripts with an authentic cadence.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve issues professionally.
- Promote the brand and establish customer rapport to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Manage Review Buzz with DSR to ensure timely customer reviews.
- Manage video copy and filing procedures for timely retrieval and review.
Requirements
- Some experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to navigate all components of Microsoft Office confidently, including building spreadsheets and typing word documents.
- Ability to learn new phone scripts and apply them in real time.
- Understanding of business acumen, cost per call, and call prioritization.
- High School Diploma or GED.
