About the position

The Customer Service Representative at LSI Solutions is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring accurate entry of customer information and orders into the ERP system, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team in a dynamic medical device company dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming customer service calls.
  • Direct necessary calls to the appropriate representative.
  • Handle customer concerns relating to price and product availability.
  • Create product quotes for customers upon request.
  • Enter Sales Orders in the ERP system for domestic and international customers and sales representatives.
  • Communicate with proper personnel to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Communicate with customers if issues arise with shipping product.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing department to ensure accurate sales information.
  • Receive and address technical support calls and direct to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Comply with LSI Quality System Procedures.
  • Set up new customers and special pricing in the ERP system.
  • Enter and track customer RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' customer service experience for Level I
  • 2-5 years' customer service experience for Level II
  • 5+ years' customer service experience for Level III
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate or higher Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Basic administrative skills
