• Responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications.

• Communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and manage expectations.
• Daily communication with service professionals.
• Engage in phone sales by providing potential customers with information about Mr. Handyman.

Requirements

• Computer experience is required.

Benefits

• Pay range of $18 to $22 per hour based on experience.
