The Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at All Airs Home Services plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing support to customers and service technicians. This position involves managing call volumes, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians efficiently to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering a 5-star customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians effectively, ensuring the right technician is assigned to each job.
  • Handle call volume accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor technician locations to coordinate service and availability.
  • Maintain a technician database and communicate updates accordingly.
  • Oversee equipment availability and assign drivers and trucks as needed.
  • Monitor technician working hours to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of HVAC Call Center Customer Service Experience
  • 1-2 years of HVAC dispatching experience
  • Previous experience in a high-paced customer service position
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with occasional on-call duties
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
