About the position

The Wireless Customer Service Representative role at DISH is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support in the wireless industry. This position involves engaging with customers to resolve issues, promote services, and maintain strong knowledge of wireless products and pricing plans. Representatives will work in a collaborative team environment, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to enhance customer experiences and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service and technical support to customers.
  • Establish long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and one-call resolution.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans.
  • Provide product suggestions and sell products and services to customers.
  • Accurately respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement by assessing call trends and providing feedback to enhance customer service and performance.
  • Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Related customer service experience and/or training is a plus.
  • Experience in the wireless industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with wireless devices and their functions.
  • Strong sense of pride in assisting customers with pricing, wireless devices, services, and products.
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments.
  • High engagement throughout the entirety of the shift.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, with pay differentials for weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to operate Windows OS desktop computers smoothly.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively problem solve while communicating with customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
