About the position

The Customer Service Representative role at Circle K involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role is available for both part-time and full-time shifts, primarily during the evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Run the register and handle cash transactions.
• Make purchase suggestions to customers.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance.
• Work in various areas of the store to assist customers.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers daily and work as part of a team.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead.
