About the position

Navigate Risk Advisors LLC is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team in Westlake, OH. This full-time position involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support for Personal Lines Insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, working 40 hours per week from 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information about Insurance coverages.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Quote and issue new business, review renewal business and claim activity.
  • Schedule and coordinate annual Insurance reviews.
  • Create insurance proposals prior to appointments and prepare all necessary company paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Agency Management System.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service.
  • Research cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Insurance as customer service representative is preferred.
  • Property and Casualty Licensed
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, its products, and services
  • Detail oriented, good organizational, and time management skills
  • Computer and data entry skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office 360, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with HawkSoft, Agency Zoom, Formstack, or PLRater a plus.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential.
