About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Freedom Fertility plays a crucial role in supporting patients on their journey to parenthood by providing empathetic and efficient service. This position involves handling inbound calls, coordinating fertility plans, and ensuring a positive patient experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from patients regarding their fertility challenges and medical history.
• Coordinate fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians to ensure process efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure 100% follow-up with patients.
• Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a fun-loving personality.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficient in PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
