The Customer Service Representative at OrthoWorks plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service in a front desk dental office environment. This position involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing financial transactions while ensuring a positive experience for all patients. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, and capable of upselling treatment options, contributing to the practice's overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting, scheduling patients and answering phones.
  • Creates outstanding customer experiences (phone, in-person, email).
  • Achieves practice goals including upselling treatment options as necessary.
  • Asks the right questions with compassion and answers objections effectively.
  • Converts new patients to starts by answering questions and objections effectively.
  • Increases referrals and positive reviews.
  • Explains orthodontic treatment options to patients (traditionally called Treatment Coordination).
  • Introduces promotions and opportunities to patients.
  • Explains financial options and prepares treatment contracts.
  • Manages financial transactions.
  • Verifies insurance eligibility.

Requirements

  • Friendly with great communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Sales experience or a strong interest in sales.
