As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe for customers. Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to check tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items
• Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates
• Building skills through training to perform minor repairs such as installing and rotating tires and conducting preventive maintenance repairs
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions and safety regulations
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
