About the position

The Customer Service Representative role at Circle K offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to customers. This position is available for both full-time and part-time schedules, allowing for flexible availability. The role involves various responsibilities, including customer interaction, cashier duties, and maintaining store standards, all while being part of a motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast and friendly service.
• Run the register and handle cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions to customers.
• Work with the food program as needed.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance both inside and outside.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while accomplishing daily tasks.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Team-oriented mindset to accomplish daily goals.
