About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Arena Sports plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall experience at the facility. This position involves engaging with customers, providing information about services, and handling transactions in a friendly and efficient manner. The role is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Become well-versed in all Arena Sports offerings to provide outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate with customers to answer questions and problem solve
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with customers in person, on the phone, and by email
  • Accurately process transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale and Scheduling platforms
  • Serve food, beverages, and concessions (must obtain a Food Handlers and MAST permit)
  • Help maintain a clean facility

Requirements

  • MAST Permit
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Enthusiastic and reliable team player
  • Detail-oriented and willing to go the extra mile for customers

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
