The Customer Service Representative for Funding Operations at Advance Partners, a Paychex company, plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our Funding Services client base. This position is responsible for preparing weekly funding packets and delivering routine customer service to ensure client satisfaction. In this role, the representative will be expected to prepare and reconcile weekly packets for invoices purchased, manage accounts receivable activity, and conduct reserve analysis. The representative will also prepare Excel files for import or complete data entry for invoices purchased. Timely and professional responses to customer inquiries are essential, as is the ability to track and analyze weekly invoice information to identify any inconsistencies that may indicate potential risks. The representative will partner with clients and team members to resolve issues, employing strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to maintain customer satisfaction while aligning with Advance's goals and mission. The position requires working in the office in Highland Hills, OH, or Rochester, NY, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days at home, if desired. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, approximately from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET. The representative will also be responsible for the timely transmission of accounting and payment reports, including wires, ACH, accounts receivable aging, and multiple subsidiary financial reports.
