About the position

The Customer Service Representative at ADM Ag Services is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and collaborating with grain origination and operations staff. This role involves daily interactions with customers in a fast-paced environment, handling various aspects of customer accounts, including grain ticket processing, producer settlements, and accounts payable. The representative will also engage in problem-solving and ensure excellent service delivery while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process grain settlements
  • Work in a fast paced, open office, grain purchase environment
  • Research problems, analyze results and organize tasks
  • Partner with Origination Team to maintain excellent customer relationships with producers
  • Interact with customers regarding orders and documentation needs
  • Follow through on logistics for shipments from origin to destination
  • Process invoices and monitor accounts receivable
  • Research and obtain resolutions of customer issues
  • Effectively manage positive relationships with ADM facilities, Transportation Teams, Shared Service, and Technical Teams
  • Proactively learn and cross train on all CSR responsibilities
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
