About the position

The Customer Service Representative role focuses on providing excellent service to customers while ensuring vehicle readiness and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This position involves direct interaction with customers, performing inspections, and assisting with minor vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to check tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and readiness inspections.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on vehicles.
