About the position
The Customer Service Representative for Home Health Care at Henry Ford Health is responsible for implementing and coordinating the admission processes for home health care services. This role involves daily data entry and compilation of demographic and operational information in the Epic system, as well as mentoring and instructing others in the necessary skills for the position.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- College coursework in business or related field preferred.

- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and operate basic office equipment.
- Analytical ability to gather data, compile reports, and work on special projects.
