The Customer Service Representative I position at the City of Olathe is a part-time role focused on providing excellent customer service at the Olathe Community Center. Responsibilities

  • Oversees check out of sports equipment and maintains documentation and collateral.
  • Uses multiple software tools and systems to complete work.
  • Follows facility policies and practices; monitors customer access to facility and programs and enforces policies with respect and consistency.
  • Processes and verifies minor, adult, and day waivers accurately and efficiently.
  • Manages lost and found items and logs.

Requirements

  • Two years of customer service and administrative experience is required.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office basic functions.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Organization skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency with verbal and written English language required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional proficiency with Spanish preferred.
