The Customer Service Representative I at Glen Eden Sun Club is responsible for providing high-quality guest services in a family-oriented nudist resort and RV park. This full-time position involves greeting and checking in members and guests, taking reservations, and addressing guest needs while adhering to the company's mission and values. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Manage cash drawer contents and transactions during shifts and ensure balancing
  • Greet and check in members and guests while taking reservations and resolving guest needs

Requirements

  • High attention to detail

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
