About the position

As a Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) at Ace Parking Management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while monitoring outdoor parking spaces using a company vehicle. This role involves assisting customers with various needs, ensuring the safety of vehicles, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the parking areas. The CSR II is a key team member who contributes to the company's reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with locating vehicles, jump starts, and flat tires.
  • Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and theft.
  • Conduct lot counts and manage barricades to open or close parking areas.
  • Direct customers to parking areas or spaces using hand signals or flashlights.
  • Replace broken gate arms as needed.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally to establish a positive first impression.
  • Provide clear directions and information about terminals or ride shares.
  • Assist fellow team members during busy periods to promote unity and cooperation.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and clearing debris from parking areas and walkways.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs for timely repairs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid AZ state Driver's License.
