About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Heavy Duty Truck Department at Indiana Auto Auction. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. The representative will communicate effectively and analyze customer needs to ensure a positive experience, contributing to the company's growth and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephones and assisting customers with questions and registration in our systems.
• Helping facilitate sale transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Recording and uploading information into our computer database systems.
• Performing other general office work as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Valid US Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be comfortable using technology.
