Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls to current and prospective customers to influence service scheduling.
  • Provide a positive and high-quality customer service experience for callers scheduling repairs or inquiries.
  • Resolve customer needs in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Accurately record customer information and schedule appointments.
  • Review customer account information and maintain the customer database.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Solid sales acumen.
  • Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute.
  • Determination to succeed and personal accountability.

Nice-to-haves
