About the position

The Customer Service Representative Instructor role at TEKsystems involves assisting consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. The position requires efficient documentation of consumer complaints, providing educational materials and referrals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and voicemails, answer questions regarding FHA mortgage programs, and assist renters and homebuyers with their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and voicemails following Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Answer routine questions from the general public on FHA mortgage programs and HUD properties.
  • Utilize prepared scripts with little or no deviation.
  • Assist renters, tenants, and property managers by providing resources and referrals to meet their rental needs.
  • Assist homebuyers and homeowners with requests related to purchasing and owning a home.
  • Field phone calls on multifamily rental requests including tenant complaints.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of Customer Service Experience in Call Center Setting OR
  • 2 years of property management experience OR
  • 2+ years of mortgage experience
