About the position
The Customer Service Representative position at AAA Auto Club Enterprises involves providing exceptional service to members through an insurance call center. The role requires engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. After an extensive training period, representatives will transition to a work-from-home model, continuing to support members with their insurance inquiries and policy management.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers through inbound phone calls.
- Assist customers in maintaining their memberships and adding vehicles to insurance policies.
- Listen and understand customer issues while offering meaningful solutions.
- Proactively offer valuable products and services to customers.
- Engage with members and team members with a positive attitude.
- Adapt to a fluid work environment that encourages coaching and development.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Recent call center experience is preferred.
- Must live within a 30-mile radius of Escondido, CA.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) are essential.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers for data entry and navigation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Possession of an active Property & Casualty License.
