About the position

The Customer Service Representative position at Auto Club Enterprises involves providing exceptional service to insurance customers through inbound calls. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. After an extensive training period, representatives will work from home, assisting customers with their insurance needs and promoting additional services.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers through inbound phone calls.
  • Assist customers in maintaining their memberships and adding vehicles to insurance policies.
  • Listen to and understand customer issues while offering meaningful solutions.
  • Proactively offer valuable products and services to customers.
  • Engage with members and team members with a positive attitude.
  • Adapt to a fluid work environment and embrace coaching and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers for data entry and navigation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
  • Recent call center experience is a plus.
