- Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of durable medical equipment (DME) products.
- Verify customer information and insurance details for proper billing.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and shipping departments to track and expedite orders.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with case managers, provider staff, and physicians to ensure necessary documentation is received.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and order processing is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and order processing software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
