The Junior Customer Service Representative/Jr Sales Assistant at tokidoki is an entry-level position focused on supporting the customer service and sales teams. Responsibilities

• Manage order process from order entry through invoicing and end shipment
• Coordinate order details/issues with sales reps and wholesale customers
• Communicate with warehouse/shipping team to ensure proper order fulfillment and shipment procedures are followed in a timely manner
• Process payments and invoices and research claims
• Ensure vendor guide compliance for accounts
• Update Open to Sell quantities
• Update order forms and other selling tools as needed
• Handle returns and customer service issues
• Run reports as needed
• Research leads for new wholesale opportunities
• Support Sales team with general duties

Requirements

• Knowledge of sales/customer service, preferably in the toy or apparel industries
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of SOS Inventory system a plus
