About the position

The Customer Service Representative at MSI is responsible for managing customer interactions through calls and emails, processing payments, and making policy changes that do not require a license. This role emphasizes exceptional service and rapid resolution of customer inquiries, contributing to a simplified insurance experience through advanced technology.

Responsibilities

  • Takes general incoming calls and places outbound calls as necessary.
  • Processes and replies to Customer Service emails as part of daily duties.
  • Takes payments for policies.
  • Makes changes and endorsements to policies that would not require a license.

Requirements

  • Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience and/or 1 year of Call Center experience
  • High School/GED
