Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or customer service-oriented industry, with at least one year in a healthcare customer service role preferred.
  • Current BLS Certification preferred.
  • Successful completion of formal training in a medical assistant program or business school preferred.
