About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check cars and enter information using a handheld device.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates and check-in cars at return.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
