Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills including general typing, data entry, and basic computer operation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Customer Advocate by providing exceptional service to customers calling in.
• Explain cellular phones, billing, and general questions in an understandable way.
• Be mission-focused and ensure timely attendance for shifts to provide great customer care.
• Collaborate with team members and appreciate each other's strengths and talents.
