About the position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Office Manager for a rapidly growing roofing company in Phoenix, AZ. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing office operations, and supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for answering phones and gathering information from prospective customers.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments using Service Titan CRM.
  • Assist with follow-up calls to prospects and customers, including collecting deposits and notifying customers of scheduled production dates.
  • Collaborate with the production team on site clean-up and customer inquiries.
  • Confirm job completion and verify customer satisfaction.
  • Thank customers for choosing the company and request reviews.
  • Learn and assist with the implementation of Service Titan, providing support to personnel.
  • Maintain and coordinate training schedules for sales and production teams.
  • Perform administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • 2+ years previous experience in customer support or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English and any additional languages spoken.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience with cash handling is beneficial.
  • Proficient typing skills for efficient communication and documentation.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

Nice-to-haves
