Equifax is seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team at the Ball Dr. location in St. Louis. This position is focused on onboarding and involves effectively responding to inquiries regarding Equifax Workforce Solutions services and automated systems that enter the Service Center via phone and email. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with clients' employees, providing them with the necessary support and information they need. This role is 100% onsite at our service center, emphasizing the importance of in-person interaction and communication. In this position, you will be responsible for establishing rapport with callers, delivering excellent customer service, and striving to exceed customer expectations. You will partner with internal business areas and Internal Service Center teams to resolve technical matters and client issues, escalating them through appropriate channels when necessary. It is crucial to document details of client interactions accurately while on the phone, ensuring that all information is captured in the system. Additionally, you will need to follow strict security processes and procedures at all times when handling calls, given the visibility of personal data involved in the inquiries. The role requires a high level of engagement with customers, necessitating a strong ability to communicate effectively and empathetically. You will be expected to handle a significant volume of calls, making it essential to maintain focus and professionalism throughout each interaction. This position offers a competitive wage of $17.50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $3.17 per hour in monthly incentives, especially for those working second shifts and Saturdays. Shifts available include 7am - 3:30pm M-F and 8am - 4:30pm M-F, providing flexibility in scheduling while ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
