About the position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Signature Aviation plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service within the fixed base operation (FBO). This part-time position involves interacting with customers and coworkers in a professional manner, handling concierge services, and maintaining operational accuracy in a busy environment. The CSR is expected to work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold Signature's service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly welcome to all visitors at Signature.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and customers to meet service needs.
  • Ensure efficient transfer of information between customers and the FBO.
  • Address customer needs promptly and offer additional services as needed.
  • Process customer purchases and fuel transactions accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of Signature's facilities and services.
  • Replenish beverages and supplies according to facility standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections for cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide concierge services such as hotel reservations and transportation arrangements.
  • Assist pilots with airport and weather information.
  • Help visitors with luggage and marshalling aircraft as needed.
  • Follow emergency response procedures during critical events.
  • Recommend improvements to management regarding standards and practices.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and courtesy at all times.
  • Comply with security protocols as dictated by Signature and the airport.
  • Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and handling transactions accurately.
